40th New Years Dip

Join us for our 40th New Years Dip on the 3rd January 2010 at 11:00.

There will be rescue demonstrations and the chance to look around our new training centre and a look at all our eqipment. For more information or to donate please contact us

Courses
During the closed season time, many of our members have been on a number of courses to improve their knowledge and skills. Most recently 3 members went on a spinal management course which involved skills they can use in an invent of a spinal casulty on the beach.

New Training Centre
We have just been successful in winning a bid for a new training centre and equipment. It is currently being built next to our current boathouse.
