This is the standard Beach lifeguard Course. It involves fitness, theory, water work and first aid.

SLSGB Lifeguard Support
This is identical to the Beach Lifeguard award just not including the water work.

SLSGB Surf Coach
This course is similar to the Beach Lifeguard award, but designed for the surf coach, it includes rescue skills, first aid and theory.

This course includes advanced spinal management, including using collers, boards, and spinal CPR.
