SLSGB Beach Lifeguard
This is the standard Beach lifeguard Course. It involves fitness, theory, water rescue and first aid.

SLSGB Lifeguard Support
This is a course that trains you to back up lifeguards, incuding first aid and how to carry out after rescue treatment.

SLSGB Surf Coach
This course is similar to the Beach Lifeguard award, but designed for the surf coach, it includes rescue skills, first aid and theory.

Spinal Management
This course includes advanced spinal management, including using collers, boards, and spinal CPR.
