Welcome to the Seaford Lifeguards website
Here you will find information about Seaford Lifeguards and the work we do.
Seaford lifeguards are voluntary lifeguards whose aims are to keep Seaford Beach free from danger, to prevent loss of life from drowning by training young people in water safety, first aid, boat handling, radio operation and resuscitation. Seaford Beach is patrolled at weekends and Bank Holidays from May to September, warning bathers of the dangers of their activities, and carrying out rescues when required.
